Public Health Perspectives

The Larson Institute’s monthly Public Health Perspectives (PHP) webinar series is a free and engaging online program dedicated to highlighting impactful and dynamic efforts aimed at advancing health equity. Each session explores innovative strategies, success stories, and transformative experiences that make a tangible difference in communities across the nation. This inspiring series is proudly hosted in partnership with the Western Environmental Science Technical Assistance Center (WEST EJ Center) and the Western Region Public Health Training Center (WRPHTC).

Health Equity Webinars are hosted live on the second Friday of each month at 10am PST. After the live date, webinar recordings will be listed on our web page, Making Health Happen.

Users must create a free profile on Making Health Happen to view and register for courses. Completion certificates are only provided after attending live sessions.

Audience: Undergraduate and graduate students, academics, community partners, health care professionals, public health professionals

Duration: Approximately 1 hour total – 45 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes of Q&A
