Summary:
Baldo Bobadilla is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in public health, engineering, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Community Services and Programs at the Larson Institute, he leads statewide efforts to expand behavioral health access through the Safer Nights harm reduction initiative and coordination of the OpenBeds digital referral platform. Baldo’s background includes public health planning, workforce development, and equity-based initiatives. As a former Public Health Planner and Policy Analyst with the CDC Foundation, he facilitated cross-sector workforce initiatives and produced strategic frameworks to bolster Nevada’s behavioral health infrastructure. With a strong commitment to culturally responsive programming, Baldo also is the founder of Future Kind, an international nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment and health equity across underserved communities in the U.S., Paraguay, and other countries around the world.
